تاثیر فضای مجازی بر تبعیت از رژیم دارویی بیماران دیابتی

چکیده :

Introduction and purpose: Diabetes as a chronic disease is considered as one of the most expensive health diseases in the world. Adherence to the treatment is considered as the main key to the treatment of this disease. Considering the development of communication technologies and its role in education, this study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of virtual space on the adherence to the medication regimen of diabetic patients. Methods: This experimental study was conducted by simple random sampling in 3 groups of 15 type 2 diabetes patients. In the first group, training was done with the virtual space method, the second method was SMS reminder, and the third group was not given any intervention. The data collection tool was Moriski questionnaire. Data analysis was done with inferential statistics (ANOVA). Results: No significant difference was observed in the three groups before the intervention. But after the intervention, a significant difference was observed. Adherence to treatment was higher in the virtual space and SMS group. Also, the level of compliance in online education was higher than SMS. Conclusion: Considering the effectiveness of virtual space in increasing the awareness and attitude of diabetic patients and that the use of these new and efficient methods are more effective and efficient in terms of cost. Recommended . Nursing managers should use these non-pharmacological methods in nursing care and counseling.
